I saw this on a social media platform and it resonated with me. It is just a thought, but isn’t this something we should teach our grandchildren, or whatever children we are raising? Kindness matters.
While America figures this all out, I’m going to continue holding doors for strangers, slowing down and waving drivers over to cut in front of me in traffic, saying good morning, being patient with a waiter, and smiling at strangers, as often as I am provided the opportunity. Because I will not stand idly by and let children live in a world where unconditional love is invisible. Join me in showing love for humanity. Find your own way to swing the pendulum in the direction of love. Coming together as a nation has to start somewhere and love overpowers hate.
Copy and paste from a friend who got it from another friend. Let’s spread the LOVE.
It is our responsibility to prepare these children we are raising how to deal with the world. Yes, we have to teach them to defend themselves. We have to teach them to be aware of danger. But shouldn’t we teach them to be first and foremost loving people? This is how we change our little corner of the world with kindness.
